NOTES:

1. Area Directorates decide on revenue raising policy for their area and decide on the expenditures for area generated revenues.
2. Area Directorates decide on PDAF prioritization under the national guidelines upon the recommendation of the Area Coordinators.
3. Area Coordinators furnish Office of the Secretary General minutes of the Area Directorate meetings.
4. Area Coordinators submit regular reports on activities, expenses and performance to the Office of the Secretary General with copy furnished to the Area Vice President.
